Courtney Brame is an Emotional Wellness Practitioner and an unconventional yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training. He is currently a Yoga Therapist with a deep emphasis on emotional wellness.
Through his practice, Courtney combines the physical and mental benefits of yoga with a unique approach to emotional health, helping clients explore and nurture their emotional well-being.
As the founder of Selfed, Courtney also hosts the Selfed podcast, a dedicated emotional wellness resource for men. His work empowers men to engage with their emotions more openly, fostering personal growth, resilience, and holistic well-being.
