Emotional Wellness Events for Men
At Selfed, I’m creating spaces for men to connect, reflect, and grow through open discussions and the therapeutic principles of yoga. These events are all about exploring emotional wellness—diving into topics like emotional intelligence, relationships, mindfulness, and more.
What to Expect
These events blend the conversational approach of talk therapy with elements of Yoga Therapy. Whether it’s a live podcast, virtual workshop, or open discussion, we’ll explore how mindful movement, breathwork, and self-reflection can support emotional health.
Why Join?
These conversations are for men who want to:
Better understand and manage their emotions.
Explore relationships and mental health in a safe space.
Learn how Yoga Therapy can support emotional and physical well-being.
Build a sense of community with other men who value real, honest connection.
This is about showing up, sharing, and discovering new ways to care for yourself and those around you.

BLACK MEN’S Emotional Wellness Symposium: DECONSTRUCTING THE “HIGH VALUE” MAN
A Space for Black Men to Redefine Value
This symposium is for Black men and those who love and support us. It’s a space where we can show up fully, explore what truly defines our worth, and engage in meaningful conversations about spirituality, fitness, leadership, integrity, and masculinity. Together, we’ll deconstruct the societal idea of the "high-value man" and redefine value on our own terms, embracing who we are at our core.
Whether you’re on a journey of self-discovery, seeking deeper connections, or simply looking for a space to be seen and heard, this event is for you. Join us as we gather virtually to connect, share, and grow—celebrating the diversity of our experiences as Black men and those who stand with us.
