Why Work With Me?
As a Yoga Therapist in training, my approach combines the teachings of yoga with a grounded, relatable style. I understand the complexities of emotional wellness, particularly for men and Black men, who are often not offered the space to explore vulnerability and healing.
I’m not your traditional yoga instructor—I lift weights, I’m not super flexible, and I emphasize strength in all forms: physical, emotional, and mental. My background in podcasting, nonprofit advocacy, and emotional wellness education has always been informed by yoga, and now I’m offering a personalized practice to help you navigate your own journey.
