Selfed Yoga for Emotional Wellness with Courtney Brame at Given100
Prioritizing Emotional Well-Being Through Breath, Movement, and Community
A space where yoga is more than a workout—it’s self-care, emotional release, and stress management.
A Different Kind of Yoga
Unlike traditional yoga that focuses on perfect poses, these sessions prioritize emotional wellness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Designed for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, these small-group classes (8-12 people) provide a space to move, breathe, and reset—without pressure or expectation.
Stress builds up over time without an outlet. Selfed Yoga helps you release tension, process emotions, and cultivate balance through breath and movement.
