Previous Men’s Emotional Wellness Events
These were some of the most amazing conversations I’ve ever had with men! We talk about emotional intelligence, sexual pleasure for men, internalized shame, suicide ideation, and the importance of community as it relates to burnout.
The men in these videos offer up a tremendous amount of vulnerability, demonstrating what masculinity has to look like in the public eye for us to learn these demonstrations of curiosity and exploration of men’s internal and societal issues so we can better understand and support them!
