In Chapter 2 of the Selfed "Letting Go" Yoga series, we dive into the mechanism of letting go—understanding it as the process of releasing inner pressure that builds from suppressed and repressed emotions. Through gentle Yin-style postures held for 3 minutes each, this session guides you in becoming aware of where your emotional and mental energy is being drained, and how to release it. We explore how these unconscious pressures impact our physical and mental well-being and how letting go can bring relief and emotional freedom. This practice isn't about fixing anything—it's about allowing yourself to be with your emotions, observe them, and gradually release the weight they carry.
