Releasing Pride #9
In this Selfed Yoga Letting Go Series class, we explore Chapter 9: Pride from David R. Hawkins’ work. Pride, often mistaken for self-worth, can block emotional connection and lead to defensiveness, fear of criticism, and isolation. In this restorative yoga session, we use mindful movement to soften the physical and emotional tensions that pride creates.
Through the practice, we introduce a unique exercise of using non-attached language to reduce our mental and emotional attachment to possessions and opinions. This practice helps release pride and cultivate more humility and gratitude in life. I also discuss how pride influences men’s sexuality, blocking true pleasure, and how letting go of pride can allow for more emotional and physical freedom.
Join me for this relaxing and introspective session, and discover how letting go of pride leads to greater peace, simplicity, and connection.
