In this session of the Letting Go series, we dive deep into apathy and depression—two emotions that weigh heavy on men. Apathy, the sense of "I can't" and the belief that no one can help, often masks fear and deeper emotions. Through yin-style yoga and guided meditation, we explore how to recognize these emotions, surrender them, and shift toward emotional freedom and choice. The practice is designed to help you identify what apathy and depression may be hiding and to introduce tools to break free of these limiting emotions, reconnecting you with your inner strength and ability to choose how you feel.
