Desire and Choice #7

In this session of the Selfed Yoga Letting Go Series, we focus on desire and how it shows up as craving, obsession, or attachment. The antidote? Choice. We break down the distinction between wanting something versus choosing it, and how shifting into a state of choice brings freedom. Using "I choose" language allows us to let go of desire and align ourselves with the outcomes we want, without the constant effort and struggle. Join me as we work through letting go of desire and practice choosing with ease and clarity.
