Fear and Guilt #6

In this 35-minute yoga session, we explore the powerful emotions of fear and guilt, how they manifest in our lives, and how to release them. Drawing from Letting Go Chapter 6, I guide you through exercises designed to uncover the root causes of your fears by repeatedly asking "why" until you reach the core feeling. We also practice an awareness exercise that trains you to observe your environment objectively, without attaching stories or emotions to what you see.

This session emphasizes shifting from fear-based reactions to a more loving, present state of being. You’ll learn how fear feeds itself in a cycle and how love and community can neutralize that fear, opening up space for healing. By the end of this class, you’ll have practical tools to face fears in your daily life, let go of guilt, and reclaim your emotional freedom.
